2. Thanks for the rapid development of the inkjet printing industry, New Star was founed in 2008 with the help of Engineer Mr. Liu and Market Wang. as a small trade company. mainly sale different brand printers.

Two years of research and experience with client feedback, finally, we choose FY-UNION ( Phaeton / Galaxy ) Factory for solvent and eco solvent printer and Docan UV printer as our long-time partner, who produce the high quality printers and parts, so ensure we can provide our every customer in high products.

4. With high quality printers and skilled engineer support, New Star began to grow rapidly from 2 peoples only , up to 10 Sales staff, 5 Engineer staff, 1 online support technician. Sales from 10sets up to 200 sets per year.

We always believe that only stable high-quality products and sincere , fast, personalized service to make a business go longer, which is what we've been doing, we are not the biggest company, but we are an enterprising efforts the company, we hope to keep with you together on the way!

Warranty of our printers and after-sales service:

1.The warranty time is 1 year, which means in the first year, the spares (not include the print heads and small spending spare parts) are free to be exchanged or repaired in case of some faults. In order to know better about the printer, customers can send an engineer to our factory for the training. The training cost is totally free. If customers would like to ask our engineer to customers' place, we can also give free service or training, but the cost of transportation (air plane tickets), the cost of applying visa and accommodation in customers' place need to be borne by customers' side. Plus, we have strong after-sale service department with experienced English speaking technician who can supply technical support timely by email, massagers, phone and all the other available methods.

2. All machine provide one set ink and one spare part box freely at first purchase.
